Builder Merchant provides a specialised cut to size machining service, utilising our huge in-stock range of general sheet materials & melamine decors. As well as melamines, we also machine all sorts of general board products, for applications in a variety of end uses, including the exhibition, mobile home, specialist flooring and garden building sectors. Many of these require a high level of calibrated accuracy, which comes as standard.

We have invested heavily in our production facilities, most recently with the installation of our new Beam Saw, allowing us to increase capacity without compromising on service and quality.

Please note we have an allowance of up to 3mm tolerance + or - on all cuts.
